In 2007, I pioneered the first-ever influencer campaign on YouTube, setting the stage for groundbreaking strategies to follow. Over the years, I’ve overseen $200 million in marketing spend and have collaborated with major corporations such as MTV, Viacom, Yahoo!, Vice Magazine, Paramount Pictures, Ikea, and Skechers shoes. I’ve also built digital platforms for renowned figures like Taylor Swift, Rihanna, and Adriana Lima.
For a long time, I was the guy behind the scenes. Until in 2018, I used my own process as an experiment and ended up generating one million followers on my social media profiles within 30 days. This inspired my books which became international bestsellers, One Million Followers: How I Built a Massive Social Audience in 30 Days, Hook Point: How to Stand Out in a 3-Second World, and The Guide to Going Viral: The Art and Science of Succeeding on Social Media.
